Terry Allison, Sales Representative with KW Commercial

Terry covers the regions in and around Barrie, Orillia and Midland within Simcoe County along the Highways 400/11/12 corridors within Ontario.

Terry is a full-time Commercial Realtor and a Real Estate Investor. He also offers training seminars on real estate investing as well as internet marketing strategy. He assists investors, new and experienced, to acquire or sell commercial properties including Multi-Family Residential, Apartment Buildings, Medical and Multi-Unit Office Complexes, Retail Plazas and Land Development. He also assists in municipal and non-profit service requirements.

Terry brings 30+ years of corporate management, sales, technical and marketing experience within the communications technology industry. Being technically astute, he understands how to leverage the power and reach of the internet.

Terry has served in several responsible community positions including:

• Elected Municipal Councillor on the Township of Oro-Medonte (2006-2010),
• Volunteer Board of Directors Member at Orillia Soldiers' Memorial Hospital (2008-2009),
• Board of Directors Vice-Chair of Severn Sound Environmental Association (2007-2010),
• Board of Directors Member of the Lake Simcoe Regional Airport (2007-2010),
• Chamber of Commerce Member in each of Barrie, Orillia and Oro-Medonte,
• along with various other community, youth and church activities through the years

Terry enjoys his lakefront home near Orillia, golf and travel to Hawaii. Terry and his wife of 33+ years have 4 children and 4 grandchildren.
