Hi, I'm Ian Woods. Some people call me "Mister Waterfront" because I love selling waterfronts. When I was first in the real estate business, I was one of the top three waterfront sales reps in the Barrie Board. That was a few years ago. Now that I'm back in the real estate business, I'm focusing on waterfront properties whenever there's an opportunity. But I also love selling all other types of properties from residential to investment to commercial properties. I left the real estate business about sixteen years ago to publish my own magazine which was one of a kind and sold right around the world! Now that I've completed that challenge, I'm back selling real estate with EXIT REALTY FIRST NORTH which is a relatively new and exciting brokerage with a franchise office located in Barrie.
